Jailhouse Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine, softened
    7 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast
    in
    warm
    water and set aside.
    Combine potatoes, eggs, salt, sugar and margarine.
    Blend in flour and add yeast.
    Put in a greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Put in refrigerator
    until
    ready
    to
    use.
    Pinch off enough dough to make
    a dozen or so rolls.
    Put the remainder back in the refrigerator and cover with damp cloth.
    Roll the dough to the desired
    thickness
    and
    cut out with biscuit cutter.
    Let rise, then bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
    You may cut out all rolls and use what you want then freeze the rest.
