Taco Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 pkg. taco seasoning
16 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. shredded lettuce
1/4 c. diced onions
1/4 c. diced green peppers
1 c. sliced tomatoes
1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
sour cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown ground chuck with onions and green peppers.
Drain.
Prepare taco seasoning mix according to package directions.
Add taco seasoning mix to meat.
Mix in 8 ounces Cheddar cheese.
Press crescent rolls into 10-inch glass pie plate to form crust.
Pour chuck/taco mixture into crust.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Cool 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.
