Quail Or Pheasants - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. sherry
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
Preparation

Grease Pyrex dish with the butter.
Pour in rice and water. Arrange birds on rice.
Mix sour cream, sherry and cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup thoroughly.
Pour over birds and cover with foil.
Cook 1 hour covered and 10 minutes uncovered at 350\u00b0.
