Crab Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. red bell peppers, chopped
    10 saltines, crushed
    3 to 5 drops Tabasco sauce
    1 to 2 Tbsp. Old Bay
    3 Tbsp. chopped bouquet*
    1 lb. lump crab meat
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. dill
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients folding gently.
    Do not break up crab lumps.
    Form into crab cakes and place on baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 25 minutes.
    Brown under broiler.
