Fiesta Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    3 (14 1/2 oz.) cans S&W salsa (ready cut)
    1/8 c. chopped cilantro
    16 oz. uncooked lasagne
    1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
    2 eggs
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced olives
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In a large bowl, add chicken, salsa and cilantro.
    Spread 1/3 of this mixture on bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Arrange 1/2 of lasagne on top of sauce.
    Combine Ricotta cheese, eggs, olives, green chilies and 1 cup Mozzarella cheese.
    Spoon 1/2 of Ricotta cheese mixture over lasagne.
    Repeat, ending with sauce.
    Cover tightly with plastic wrap and microwave on High for 25 to 30 minutes, turning 1/4 way every 5 minutes.
    Remove from oven and uncover; sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
    Let stand 5 to 10 minutes as cheese melts.
