Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix milk and eggs.
    Gradually add dry ingredients.
    Heat oil in skillet to 360\u00b0.
    Put 1/2 cup batter in funnel with finger covering hole.
    Spread around, making overlapping pattern.
    When brown on bottom, turn.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
