Ingredients

2 eggs or 4 egg yolks
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. sugar
2 c. scalded milk
2 c. seedless raisins
cinnamon or nutmeg
Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients together.
Add the raisins. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg.
Pour into a 1-quart baking dish.
Set into a pan of water 1-inch deep.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at approximately 350\u00b0.
