Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
    1 egg
    2 c. very warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 c. self-rising flour
    4 1/2 oz. 100% Bran cereal
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. coarsely grated carrot
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. golden raisins
    1 large egg, lightly beaten
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. each: salt, ground cinnamon and mace
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray a 12-cup nonstick muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
