Ingredients

cream cheese
tortilla
garlic powder
diced chili (optional)

Preparation

Spread the cream cheese on tortilla.
Sprinkle garlic powder. If desired, add diced chili.
Roll up as for snack.
Or roll and cut, serving as pinwheels.
