Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, sliced
    2 carrots, grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 small onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. stuffing mix
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in small amount of water.
    After cooking, mash.
    Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup stuffing mix.
    Pour into lightly greased casserole dish or spray with Pam.
    Cover with remaining stuffing mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
