Tex Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    pinch of salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Lawry's taco seasoning
    2 (11 oz.) cans refried beans or 1 can refried beans and 1 can jalapeno bean dip
    1 large bunch green onions with tops, chopped fine
    3 medium tomatoes, chopped
    2 small cans olives
    2 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Mash and mix together avocados, lemon juice and salt.
    Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
    Spread beans or beans mixed with dip on bottom of serving container.
    Next, spread avocado mixture on top of beans, then sour cream mixture on top of that.
    Sprinkle with onions, tomatoes and olives.
    Cover with cheese.
    Serve chilled with chips (corn or potato).
    Great favorite when serving a small group or large crowd.
