Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    dash of black pepper and salt
    24 crushed bacon thin crackers (reserve 1 1/2 tsp.)
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms and mince.
    Cook minced stems, onion, salt and pepper in margarine until tender.
    Mix onion mixture with crushed crackers and parsley. Sprinkle inside mushroom caps with salt.
    Fill and brush with melted margarine. Top with shredded Mozzarella, if desired.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until tender.
    Use shallow pan.
