Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine meat, rice, onion and salt.
    Mix well and form into balls.
    Place in a deep baking dish.
    Combine juice, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and salt to taste.
    Pour over meatballs. Cover dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve hot.
    Yields 5 to 6 servings.
