Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour (plain)
    3 c. diced raw apples
    1 c. walnuts or pecans
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Blend oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
    Add salt, soda, vanilla and cinnamon.
    Add flour.
    Then fold in apples, nuts and raisins.
    Bake in a 10-inch iron tube pan (floured pan) for 1 hour and 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Place in a cold oven and then turn the oven on and set temperature.
