Broccoli Casserole 2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen broccoli or fresh broccoli
1 egg
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Cook and drain broccoli until barely tender. Add beaten egg, soup and cheese. Fold in mayonnaise.
Put in greased 9
x 13-inch casserole dish. Cover with Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
