Cream Cheese Mint - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. peppermint oil
3 c. powdered sugar
food coloring (optional)
Preparation

Combine cream cheese and sugar.
Mix well.
Add coloring and flavoring and mix well again.
Form into small balls.
Dip top of ball in super-fine granulated sugar and press sugared side into commercial mold.
Release onto wax paper and let air dry overnight or you can roll into bite-size balls and dip in chocolate.
