Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a 1-quart microwavable dish, heat butter until melted. Blend in flour and seasonings.
    Gradually stir in milk. Microwave on High for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes. Layer 1/2 of the sliced potatoes, onions and sauce in a greased 3-quart casserole dish.
    Repeat layers; cover and microwave 17 to 19 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Total microwave time is 25 1/2 to 29 1/2 minutes.
