Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini (4 c.)
    3/4 onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
    5 dashes cayenne pepper
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In large skillet, saute zucchini and onion in butter until tender.
    Set aside.
    In large mixing bowl, beat eggs and milk. Add 1/3 cup cheese, bread crumbs and pepper to milk and eggs. Stir in zucchini and onion.
    Turn mixture into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup grated cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
