Zucchini Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. pkg. biscuit mix
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    2 c. shredded unpared zucchini
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl stir together biscuit mix, cheese and pepper. Add beaten eggs.
    Stir only until mixture is moistened.
    Fold in zucchini.
