Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, cooked and mashed
    2 c. sour cream
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
    Place in casseroles. Refrigerate until ready to use.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    May store in refrigerator for a week.
