Asparagus With Lemon Butter And Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. asparagus, trimmed and cooked about 7 minutes, until crisp-tender
3 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice or to taste
3/4 c. pecan pieces, toasted
freshly ground black pepper
Preparation

Place the asparagus in a shallow baking dish that has been greased with some of the butter.
Dot the asparagus with the remaining butter and sprinkle with the lemon juice.
Sprinkle on the pecans.
Season with pepper and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes, just until the dish is heated through.
Makes 6 servings.
