Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. melted butter or oil
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
Beat egg yolk and add milk. Add to dry ingredients, beating constantly.
Add butter or oil last of all.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg white.
