Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy, then beat in sugars.
    Add oil slowly; beat well.
    Add vanilla.
    Stir in flour (1/2 of it).
    Add 1/2 zucchini and alternate.
    Pour into 2 well-greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
