Cuban Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    8 c. milk
    3 c. water
    1 stick cinnamon
    1 lemon
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook rice in water with cinnamon and lemon.
    When rice is cooked, add the 8 cups of milk, 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon salt and cook about an hour on low heat, stirring occasionally.
