Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. raw rice
    1 can beef consomme (Campbell's)
    1 can French onion soup (Campbell's)
    1/2 to 1 stick margarine (just as good with half)
    1 can mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Mix all this in a casserole.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. This can also be microwaved for 8 minutes on High, then 12 minutes on Medium.
    These times will vary with each microwave. Serves 6 to 8.
