Rouladen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef roast, sliced thin
    2 large white onions, finely diced
    1 lb. pork bacon pieces, cut in half
    2 cans beef consomme
    1 c. white wine
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. flour
    cooking oil
    ground black pepper
Preparation
