Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 grated carrot
    salt
    pepper
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix stuffing as directed on package.
    Grease a casserole dish and pat in packaged stuffing (save some to sprinkle on top).
    Mix squash, soup, sour cream and carrot together.
    Spread squash mixture over stuffing.
    Dot with butter pats and sprinkle with leftover stuffing.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
