German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, diced
    6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    3/4 c. water
    1/3 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Saute onions in 1 tablespoon margarine. Blend in flour, sugar, salt, celery seed and dash of black pepper. Cook until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in water and vinegar. Stir in cooked potatoes. Boil 1 minute. Add bacon and stir.
