Ingredients

1 box white cake mix
2 c. sugar
2 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut
1 large sour cream
Preparation

Cook cake mix as directed on cake box in 10 x 13-inch pan. Mix sour cream and sugar together until smooth; pour on top of warm cake (after it is taken out of oven).
Sprinkle fresh coconut on top of sour cream mixture.
Cake is better if cooked a day before it is cut.
