Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless chicken breast, pounded
    salt and pepper
    butter
    garlic salt
    parsley
    egg
    2 Tbsp. water
    flour
    bread crumbs (Italian)
Preparation
    Lay chicken breast out flat.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper, garlic salt and parsley.
    Dot with 1 tablespoon of butter each. Roll up tightly.
    Roll in flour.
    Dip in egg, undiluted with water. Roll in bread crumbs.
    Bake until done at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Rolls may be frozen for future use.
