Hot Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon, sauteed and chopped fine
    2 cloves garlic, cut fine
    1 large onion, cut fine
    1 (20 oz.) can tomatoes, cut
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. canned evaporated milk
    2 (4 oz.) can Ortega chilies, cut fine
    salt and Tabasco sauce to taste
    1 lb. Monterey Jack, Amarillo Teronday and Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Saute bacon; set aside.
    Cook garlic, onions and tomatoes. Make a paste of flour and milk.
    Add to pan.
    Add cheese; cook slowly until melted.
    Stir often.
    Add chilies, bacon, salt and Tabasco sauce.
    Simmer at least one hour.
