Lemon Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    2 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Blend in eggs.
    Add combined dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with milk and juice, mixing well after each addition.
    Stir in nuts and rind.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
