Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped chicken
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. chopped celery
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 to 1 c. slivered almonds
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped (optional)
    chow mein noodles or grated cheese (added after cooking)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour in 13 x 9-inch dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, remove.
    Top with chow mein noodles or grated cheese.
    Bake 10 more minutes or until bubbly hot.
