Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked rice (refrigerate overnight)
2 cloves garlic
2 to 3 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. ham or 2 Chinese sausages
1/3 c. frozen peas
1/3 c. cooked, cubed carrots
1 c. bean sprouts
2 scrambled eggs, shredded
2 to 3 Tbsp. peanut oil
salt (optional)
Preparation

Heat oil at moderate-high in wok.
Saute garlic until browned. Add rice.
Mix.
Add soy sauce, peas, carrots, bean sprouts, eggs and ham.
Mix well until heated through.
Season with salt, if desired.
