Diabetic Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. sugar substitute
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 to 5 c. peaches
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.
    Add to peaches.
    Add lemon juice.
    Pour into pastry lined pan.
    Roll, fit and seal top. Bake on lower shelf.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
