Impossible Sausage Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
3 eggs

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease a 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
Brown sausage and cook onions with sausage.
Drain.
Stir in salt and pepper.
Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.
Place remaining ingredients in blender for 15 seconds on high speed. Pour mixture into pie plate. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Makes 6 to 8 servings. Refrigerate remaining pie.
