Chicken Sauce Picante - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    3 cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Place 1/2 stick margarine in skillet; melt, then add chicken, cover and cook until well done.
    Then remove lid and add celery, onion and bell pepper.
    Replace lid.
    Let cook 15 minutes.
    Then remove lid and add tomato sauce and cook 20 minutes over low heat. Serve over rice.
    Delicious!!
