Pumpkin Walnut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
16 oz. can pumpkin
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
Beat eggs and add sugar.
Beat well and add oil and pumpkin alternately with dry ingredients.
Fold in walnuts.
Pour into ungreased angel food cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Cool and spread with topping.
