Turkey, Celery, Grape-Nut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped turkey
    1/2 c. grapes
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    3 to 4 Tbsp. toasted almonds
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    grated rind of 1/2 orange
    1 c. mayonnaise
    lettuce or endive leaves
Preparation
    Add lemon juice and orange rind to mayonnaise.
    Mix turkey and other ingredients into mayonnaise.
    Serve on lettuce leaves. Makes 4 servings.
