Kim'S Egg Souffl{2E - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (reserve drippings)
    2 sliced onions
    12 slices white bread, quartered
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    8 eggs, beaten
    4 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Saute
    onions in bacon drippings until soft.
    Place 1/2 of bread
    on
    bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle 1/2 bacon, onions and cheese on bread.
    Repeat.
