Cajun Peanut Tongue-Teasers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 to 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 egg white
2 c. dry roasted peanuts

Preparation

Combine cheese, sesame seeds, paprika and cayenne pepper in mixing bowl. Set aside. Beat egg white until frothy. Add peanuts, tossing to coat. Add peanuts to cheese mixture; mix well. Spread single layer of nuts on lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake in preheated 300\u00b0 oven 20 to 25 minutes, until golden. Cool, then serve, or store in airtight container.
