Crab Ragoon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks imitation crab or small can
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 green onion, chopped
    1 tsp. crushed garlic
    egg whites
    wonton wrappers
Preparation
    Mix crab, cream cheese, green onion and garlic.
    Mix.
    Put in wonton wrapper.
    Seal with egg whites.
    Deep fry.
