Oriental Seafood Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
1 pkg. Louis Kemp crab delight
1 1/2 c. Oriental vegetables or 10 oz. pkg. frozen Oriental-style vegetables
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce or seasoning packet from vegetables
Preparation

Heat oil in large skillet until hot.
Add crab delights and vegetables.
Cook and stir over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add seasonings; stir well.
Cook 1 minute more.
Serve immediately.
