Quick Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground hamburg or turkey
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 can peeled tomatoes
    1 to 2 cloves garlic
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. cumin powder or 1 tsp. cumin seed
Preparation
    Mince garlic and combine with onion and ground meat in 2-quart microwave casserole dish.
    Microwave, covered, for 3 minutes on High.
    Stir and microwave on High for 2 minutes.
    Drain meat and keep in casserole dish.
    Rinse can of beans in colander and add beans to dish with meat.
    Add can of tomatoes; don't drain. Coarsely cut tomatoes in dish.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir; microwave for 3 to 5 minutes on High.
    For soupier chili, add 1/2 cup water before microwaving.
