Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. cranberries, halved
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Combine juice, butter and egg together.
Then mix together with dry ingredients.
Add nuts and cranberries.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
Makes 1 loaf.
