Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lime juice
1 Tbsp. grated lime rind
2 eggs, separated
Preparation

Blend condensed milk, juice and rind.
Add egg yolks; mix well and pour into baked pie shell.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add 4 tablespoons sugar, beating constantly.
Swirl meringue on top of filling.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
