Microwave Chocolate Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. low-fat milk
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. sugar
    6 packets Sweet One granulated sugar substitute
    1 Tbsp. diet margarine
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In a 2-quart micro-proof dish, stir together milk and cornstarch until cornstarch dissolves completely.
    Stir in sugar, Sweet One, cocoa and salt.
    Cook at 100% power (High), stirring several times, for 6 minutes or until thickened.
    Stir in margarine and vanilla.
    Pour into individual serving dishes and cover with plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate.
    Makes 5 (1/2-cup) servings.
