Weight Watchers Chicken Hunter Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. skinned chicken pieces
    salt, garlic, pepper and paprika to taste
    2 c. mushrooms
    2 medium carrots, cut up
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    4 oz. onions
    4 pkg. instant beef broth seasoning mix
    1 tsp. browning sauce
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    4 tsp. cornstarch, diluted in water
    4 oz. pearl onions
Preparation
    Broil the chicken for 10 minutes on each side.
    Combine the next 10 ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add 2 cups of water and 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar (optional). Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
