Butter Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter, at room temperature
1/3 c. white Karo syrup
1/8 tsp. oil of peppermint
1 box confectioners sugar
1 to 2 drops desired food coloring
Preparation
-
Mix food coloring with butter
and syrup.
Mix with peppermint and sugar with hands.
Put into molds.
Pop out.
Let dry overnight.
Freeze until ready to serve.
