Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower
2 c. guacamole
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
radish roses
Preparation

Remove leaves and remove core from cauliflower.
In covered saucepan, cook whole cauliflower in a small amount of boiling salted water 20 to 25 minutes until just tender when tested with fork.
Drain well and chill.
Place chilled cauliflower on platter.
Garnish platter with radish roses.
